He became became Genin at 5 and Chunin at 6,he watches when he was little as his dad commits suicide.Joins The Fourth Hokage at 9 presents a cold demeanor because of his dads death.13 becomes Jonin and watches as his friend Obito dies giving him his Sharingan in the process,later his other friend Rin dies then his Sensei at 14 yrs old.

Later becomes Anbu Squad Capt.and takes on Obito's old habits of being late he also masters Sharingan getting the Third Tomoe in his eye.He then masters over one thousand Jutsu and becomes Sensei of a squad composed of Genins.

Later he learns a Space/Time Mangekyo Sharingan how though is still uncertain.
